Works fine but I expect better quality from Delt

The product came damaged (twice). The first time, Lowes refunded me. I ordered a new one and the second trim came damaged as well, though to a lesser extent. We are moving soon and I didn't have time to do another return, so I just kept the second one. But, I expect more from a product that costs $300+ (and I see some sites where this trim goes for $500). Beautiful finish and heavy, well made trim ring

I was surprised at how much this trim ring weighed. It is well made, solid and has a really beautiful finish. Impressive. That said, the second handle, for changing the temperature, is made of plastic. The finish matches perfectly, but I don't know about how it will hold up over time. Perhaps there is a weight problem for the small shaft used for the temperature portion of the trim which requires a plastic handle. We will see. Lost one star due to the plastic second handle.

High Quality, Recommended

Handle trim set is beautiful. The backing plate is diecast and hefty. Chrome is flawless. Mounted fine and works great.
