stopped working

It stopped working after three months and the manufacturer did not have the part to repair it and suggested we return it to Lowes. First off, removing and reinstalling a toilet is a hassle. More importantly Lowes does not return toilets that have been installed. Lowes will return the toilet with an RMA from Deer Valley. Deer Valley won't give an RMA if you buy from the store. The worst part is that Deer Valley customer service is via email only. They send emails at 3-4 am and you have to wait 2...

This is a wonderful smart toilet. affordable and delivers for a reasonable price point. conserves water due to the automatic flush. It is very comfortable as well. highly recommend

Fancy Toilet

Excellent.

This is an excellent toilet and bidet. Everything works well and the install is fairly straightforward. Only issue is the night light isn't really a night light, you hit the button and light only stays on for a minute or two then cuts off. No way to set it to stay on at least that's what they say.
