Perfect

Would Recommend

The toilet is perfect size (with 10” rough-in, apparently hard to find in a dual-flush) for a small area. The soft-close seat quit working after two months, but received a replacement quickly and hassle-free. Let’s hope it lasts longer.

Horrible Customer Service

Would Not Recommend

The website stated that this was to arrive by Saturday. That is the SOLE reason that I decided to make this purchase from Lowes instead of anyone else. It did not arrive by Saturday but is "scheduled" to arrive by Thursday. A full 5 days later! I had someone at my house ready to install this on Saturday. I now need to pay, again, to have someone there to install in on Thursday with no assurance that it will arrive in a timely manner. FedEx blames Lowes, Lowes blames the vendor and NO ONE c...

Easy to Clean and Works Great

Would Recommend

Installed this toilet recently and have been really happy with it. It looks clean and modern, and the one-piece design makes wiping it down much easier. The seat closes quietly and doesn’t slam, which is nice. I also like the quick-release seat since it makes cleaning around it simple. Flush has been strong so far with no issues. Overall, feels solid and was a good upgrade for the bathroom.
