Great product - if you can get it
it's a great product but the company clearly isn't ready for prime time. I did both front and back decks with their products including railings (ALX for front and cable for back) and privacy fence. There were so many challenges along the way and still not done. I received an entire pallet of Voyage Khaya that was marked as Voyage Khaya but clearly wasn't. even the wrap over the pallet was marked as Voyage. it was heavily wood grain embossed. took 2 weeks for them to get that replace. Good, but hard to get
The deck boards are good. Lowes lied about the delivery date 4 times (-1 point). Deckorators, a brand of UFP Industries, maintains a customer service line with nice people who can't tell you anything (-1 point). They did put me in touch with the middle man, Russin Lumber. Russin was able to tell me what boards they had in stock. I cancelled my order and choose a different color. Lowes has to way to change a color once ordered. Inspect this product carefully on delivery.
This is a terrific product with great traction under foot and just enough variation in grain. You should definitely lay out the decking first and the arrange as you wish to mix the grain and color.

Boards Shrank
Installed Deckorators Voyage decking that is supposed to be mineral base and have significantly lower thermal expansion than traditional composite decking material. After 2 years the decking shrank significantly leaving large gaps at the end of the boards. Contacted the company and they denied our warranty claim stating that we should have pinned the boards at the midpoint or the sub-structure expanded.
