Missing components
Only the top, bottom, and balusters are in the package. But missing the rest: missing 4 brackets, connector supports, screws. They refused to provide just because my order passed 90 days. This brings up another point. From now on, I won't order from Lowe early for any home improvement project. I am disappointed since my whole front and backyard decks with other deckorators composite parts I purchased through Lowe and they could not fulfill the Missing parts.

Not for hot weather
We bought this for our front steps. We live in Central Texas and the steps have very little shade. These actually melted and warped. I looked nice at first but last just over a year.

Missing components
Bought a pair of the stair rail kits. Only one box had the rail brackets, the other box only the rails. The rail kits are now out of stock. Thanks Lowe's. Now the entire project is on hold because quality control missed the packing checklist.

Cheaply made
The railing is cheaply made and difficult to install. The railings are thin and the vertical rods come separate. It was very hard to keep them in place during installation. However, 4 stars because it looks so good.
