Terrible customer service but great product!!;
Absolutely horrible I bought some railings from Tiffan Lowe's(had to drive all the way there(1 hour drive) because the person at Sandusky Lowe's didn't know how to get them transferred to Sandusky store after I just got some transferred there earlier this week) and I was missing pieces (brackets/hardware and spindles from boxesand a few of them were used already cut and open boxes from each store!!
