I ordered 38 boards of the Sierra grey. I was told it would be 5-7 days to get the order…about 4 weeks later they shipped the boards. They were the wrong boards. Almost 8 weeks later - today i got the boards delivered. of 24 boards i went thru, 12 of them were seriously damaged, gouged, scratched etc. just unfathomable the the brain dead individuals would actually ship these boards. A horrible experience from the get-go. Canceled the entire today…boards, railings, 4x4 post, screws, caps etc. ...

Picture frame done right.
I used the Sierra as my picture frame with the Tundra decking. It's a shade darker than the Tundra but not as dark as the picture framing boards that only came 21 feet long. What a tremendous waste of material.

Curved like a banana.
Beautiful product but every single 12 foot board was slightly curved like a banana making application a bit more challenging than a straight board. In the final deck, one half had a slight curvature when sighting down the length at a low angle. Frustrating when such care was taken along every step to ensure a professional looking job.

Great alternative
Could not order these in 12 foot lengths so had to order 16 footers. Waste of material but made a nice picture frame around the Tundra decking color. Not as wasteful as purchasing the 21 foot picture frame boards. Why can't you offer all sizes for each product?

Coming up short
Ordered 12 ft. boards. The best was 1/8" short. The shortest was 7/8" short. So if you are working with a full length just purchase a longer board and cut them to length.
