Learn MorePerfect Seal is an innovative new product that takes the guesswork out of toilet installation. Perfect Seal is truly universal and it will work with any toilet installation. It fits any drain size and flange depth. Whether your flange is above the floor or below the floor due to re-tiling, the Perfect Seal guarantees a perfect seal the first time, every time. The patented seal design combines specially designed rubber gaskets with encapsulated wax to form a seal that is three times stronger than a wax ring without the mess. Unlike wax rings, the Perfect Seal stabilizes toilet bolts and allows the toilet to be repositioned as needed. It accommodates flange heights from 1/2 inch above the floor to 1-1/2 inch below the floor and maintains a tight seal when common toilet and floor movement occurs. Depending upon the height of the floor flange and the toilet horn, there may be instances when the toilet may not sit flush to the floor. In these situations, the black plastic ring that is inside the gray rubber casing of the Perfect Seal can be removed. The removal of this hard plastic ring will allow the Perfect Seal to be fully compressed and the toilet should then sit flush with the floor.

Very toilet brand specific
Out $22, thanks Danco. Tried twice with this product and failed both times. Flange was only 3/8" below surface. Product compressed and wax ring got compressed looked like everything should have worked, wrong doesn't make good seal with horn of toilet itself. I tried all 3 options, no compression without blue adaptor, toilet not flush with floor using inner plastic ring and seemed like success with blue adaptor minus plastic ring. Toilet is American Standard Champion.

Does Work but PIA
Product tries to be an end-all for the flange if above floor, flush or below floor level. So you're buying stuff most likely not needed especially if flange is mounted to the floor. And then directions say if toilet does not sit on floor to remove the plastic insert inside. And then toilet will still not sit on the floor. You can tighten it down to the flange and it will work but hopefully not crack the porcelain base. There is a wax seal at the bottom so if replacement is needed wax still has t...
