Diverter leaks instantly

Looks good easy install but will be returned diverted water for shower leaks about 40% water o rings bad not sealing.

I followed all instructions and yet it didn’t work

Diverter did not fully divert the water leading to low water pressure from the shower head.

loved the style of this spout with diverter. BUT, the o rings didn't last long and the water would spurt out sooner than expected when the shower was in use. After taking it off and installing a new spout, realized the o-rings seemed to have swelled enough to be off center-like a bulging disc! I would think with a better quality o-rings, this would've been a nice spout to last.

Almost what I wanted

Was not the one I was looking for but works fine. The two things I didn’t like about it was the diameter of the faucet and it was to short causing a gap between tub and faucet

Pull down instead of pull up

This was easy to install and it is easy to use. It is easier to use than the traditional pull up diverters. Unfortunately I had to install this with brushed nickel shower spout. At least it is working. I was tired of trying to fix the other one with new parts.

Only lasts a year or two.

When it works, it works well, however, it's just a matter of time before the diverter will no longer go up after the water is turned off. I've learned how to replace the o rings and lubricate it which will usually give it longer life. Eventually, it has to be replaced. This is my third one in 5 years. The other faucets with the pull up diverters are worse. I've had brand new ones that didn't work out of the box. I still like this diverter. I just wish that they could get it to work much l...

Certainly not universal

I bought a spout which looks identical to this in 2022. That one was apparently model 10953 which is compatible with the Delta 1" brass adapter. This one, despite saying it's universal, despite looking the same as the other model, and despite Lowe's not even having the other model in stock, does not work with the Delta 1" brass adapter. The last one broke not because of the spout itself, but because the o-ring busted. I eventually ended up using this new version just for the o-ring and screw as ...
