One of the faucet stem brass fingers was broken off and another was bent. I had to come back to the store to get a good one. It was a new stem but looked like it came from the factory damaged.

After 10 yrs our American Standard faucet sprung a leak. Install was easy, however, if install is the cold side be sure to search google on how to change the setting of the valve or else the fauce handle will turn in the wrong direction. Deducted one star because Danco's installation (have to go to their website) instructions did not include cold side specific instructions.

I was given the wrong part - similar, but that doesn't work for plumbing.

Works, but sticky.

Fit the faucet okay, and it does work. But it is a bit sticky turning the handle. Yes I cleaned the seat, threads, etc. first.
