Leaks
Read the reviews and thought I might have better luck with my kitchen faucet but no. I had the same problem as the previous reviews. No matter how much you tighten nut that holds the cartridge in, it leaks. The gaskets inside the cartridge are the cause of the leak. Get a Kohler replacement, which is what I ended up doing to fix the leak at the handle.

Buy Kohler original part or buy a new faucet
Customer purchased for an approx. 4-year old Kohler kitchen faucet. Even after cleaning the area where the valve rests the faucet continued to leak around the handle.
This product is unacceptable.
Customer called with 3 year old Kohler faucet that was leaking just below handle. Went to Lowes to pick up this kit to rebuild. Installed per instructions. Turned water on, no leak. As soon as handle was turned on and off a time a two, water started seeping past gasket on bottom again. Tightened nut some more. Leak would not stop. Went back to Lowes, returned 1st kit, went to plumbing to pick up another. 2 on shelf, one is an open package with clear cellophane tape wrapped around it, on is unope...
