Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
The product creates a durable, decorative granite-like appearance on concrete surfaces when applied carefully according to instructions. Many customers were satisfied with the results, finding it easy to use. However, some reported issues with poor coverage, inconsistent color and texture, and difficulty in application. The product may require more material and multiple coats to achieve the desired look.

I love how it came out and it does look like granite and it also has the rock texture. The thing about it I hate is the coverage. I used 3 gallons to cover the old tile kitchen floor. I previously covered it with O'Henry cement and applied floor paint with epoxy flakes then put sealer over it. Then I put terrazzo over it to change it a year later. Now it does stick to what I previously had and some of the epoxy flakes poked through which I think was a benefit in the end but it did take 3 gallons...
Tricky to apply but looks great!
This took a lot more effort than one would think. First issue is that Lowes title says this is a paint and it is not. Daich calls it a "liquid flooring system that you roll on". Since it's not a paint, I ended up using 3 gallons to complete about 60 sq feet to get full coverage. A grey primer for the pearl color would have helped a lot and because my porch had been painted brown in the past and that made the misses more glaring (see picture). Second issue is how to apply. I was not a fan of...
good product, bad information
I think this is a really good product for the right situation, which describes mine. But I personally found through trial and error that all the information provided by Daich was not too good. The product didn't cover near as much as advertised. I found that a float was a much better application tool than the roller (any kind of trowel or blade type tool would be superior in my humble opinion). I found the roller to be very frustrating. There is nothing special about the roller that I could asce...
Excellent Durability and Decorative Results!!
We applied this product exactly the way the manufacturer recommended and the results are PERFECT! Interestingly, even though you are using a roller to apply the coating, you are actually spreading this stuff like you are using a squeegee. YOU ARE NOT REALLY ROLLING IT. We pressed down firmly and spread it on thin and the product lays down flat and perfect. Then we rolled lightly a bit at the end to get rid of any small imperfections as shown in the video. VERY EASY TO DO!! We then let it dry for...
Disappointment
Used on a small concrete porch approximately 100 sq ft. I mixed well with drill paint stirrer but rolling was still difficult to get even distribution of particles. Maybe use 75 degrees F as the max temperature limit since it thickens while rolling at 80F. Second coat looked better but still spotty. I luckily had leftover paint for a third coat touch up of thin spots. The end result did not nearly match the CAFE color chip. It still appears 100% better as a before and after look and neighbors l...

I would not recommend this product at all!!. I thought that I could paint my cement porch and it would cover a few little stains and cracks but the rocks in this product were so few that it looked more like we had put straight varathane on the porch. There were only small patches of rocks scattered throughout. Pure waste of money!!
Great flooring
I used this in both my bathrooms, over existing painted tile. it looks awesome 👌 I get so many compliments on it. Definitely use the clear coat recommended. it's very thick & gives a shiny & shellac like coverage. Definitely recommend if you want to update older looking tile for a modern look. Easy to apply & do, for an updated look.
There is no color when dried
I ordered the Tangiers color which ended up being more like clear glue with flakes of color after it had dried you could still see the old color under the new "paint". This product should not be used to cover over previously painted concrete as you can still see through the final coat of terrazzo. We were very unhappy with the final product.
Waiting times, needing more product
Make sure you order 2.5 more product than needed i.e. 200sf order 450sf. Sqft coverage listed on container is not accurate, it's actually half that. It takes more than 7 days for delivery. If you decide to return the product be prepared for a 20% restocking fee. If you are a contractor , I would consider getting something else in the interest of time and to save you and your costomer frustrations. Customer service answers the phone " Hello" and not by the company name. (DAICH). This is just a ...
