A decent unit
One of the two I received came in with damage to the unit even though the box showed no signs of damage. The plug used for them is massive so I had to swap those out otherwise a great unit so far getting ready to order a third one

It was missing screws to hold fan blade in. My son is in heating and cooling business so he fixed it. But ill never appliance from this company again.

Stay away from this brand.
This was the biggest waste of money I have ever bought. Heat would not come on after it was turned on. Rebooted it to no avail. Cooling would come on and cut off after a second. Appeared to be a control computer issue. This happened the first day and still has not been resolved. This Duralast product is a terrible. Lowes should be ashamed to sell this poor of quality product. This replaced a unit I purchased years ago from Lowes.

Not good for supplemental heating!
It’s not a bad air conditioner. But I bought it for heating help. I put it at 75’ but it will only heat a room to 63’. This is an average size room.
