SHAME ON LOWES

I purchased this unit online from Lowes, it required my electrical receptacle be upgraded - which was not an issue but that did take a few weeks to coordinate with an electrician. Then realized installation required a sleeve insert for the unit to slide thru wall, that is not included - so another minor snag that added to delay. Once the unit was finally installed there was an issue with the cooling feature - heating worked fine. Reached out to the manufacturers tech support,’they tried to help...

Burnt Smell

Would Not Recommend

Don’t buy this, I can’t use it for long because then it starts smelling burnt. We’ve cleaned the filter and everything and it’s not working. Terrible buy, definitely regret.
