The product is as described, was easy to install (but carefully follow all instructions, if you are not a professional), and is working well so far. The price was very good, but don’t believe it if Lowe’s says they will deliver it the next day. Mine arrived three days later. Still, I’m happy with it.

Worked as advertised, no surprises. They were greasy, which is good, so you may want gloves. These were about 1.5" longer than my old springs, but close enough. I had one broken spring and wasn't sure how much life was left in the other, so decided replace both. I also wanted them to match. Proper installation is the most important. My door operates like new again.

Make sure they sit flat & flush before tightening

The casted on “tabs” in the mounting flanges dIdn’t quite line up for my application. Had I not ground them off, I believe the collars would have cracked or broke when tightening, due to the flanges not sitting flush on the mounting bracket. Short of that I’m very happy with the quality and price. We’ll see how long they last.

Item received, not the size I ordered. Sent two springs of different lengths, 27"/26". I have no choice. Installation went smoothly, door opens/closes smoothly. I am still very grateful!

Next Day Delivery.....Not!

I ordered these garage door springs yesterday morning. Lowes said delivery would be today. They didn't even ship until today. I'm afraid to ask how they are shipping them. Hopefully not USPS. I might not see them until 2024. Lowes, up your game.

The garage springs are as advertised and seem to be good quality. Installation was easy. The only reason I did not give five starts is because delivery took longer than advertised.

The product itself was pretty straight forward the only negative was that it was not delivered when promised, in fact Lowes kept sending updates about being delayed and it finally arrived 3 days later then first promised.
