What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this impact wrench for its exceptional power and compact design, with most describing it as a game-changer for tire changes and automotive work. Reviewers consistently highlight its remarkable torque that effortlessly removes over-torqued, rusted, and stubborn lug nuts, rivaling larger competitors despite its lightweight form. The compact, ergonomic build fits tight spaces and reduces fatigue, while variable speed trigger and multiple speed settings enhance control. Customers express strong confidence in build quality and durability, with many noting it replaces multiple tools in their arsenal. A few mention minor concerns about internal play or price, though most still consider it worthwhile.

Purchased this to remove a seized anode rod in my water heater. I had tried for two hours with an 18 inch breaker bar in a semi-tight space. I was almost mad at how well this worked because it was removed within 2 seconds. Wish I had bought it from the beginning. Weight distribution is good and the torque backlash was more than manageable. I wish the light was a little brighter, but its better than not having one at all.

Small and powerful.
This thing is a beast. More power, smaller package than the older model. 4 modes and a light. 1 goes to 100 ft lbs about, with 3 going to 500+. Torque test channel did a test on it. My only gripe is, you gotta be careful with the bolt mode because you can really torque things down too hard if you are not quick enough on the trigger. 1 is good for lug nuts and not over tightening with a torque stick. I couldn’t get it to work in the bolt mode. Other than that it’s a regular in my car kit.

This tool fails a lot
This is my second purchase of this tool. The first one failed with a bad trigger switch (didn't have time to go to a service center and pay them to replace the switch.) This one has a failed torque selection button. When set on level 1, it randomly goes to full torque vs. the level 1 torque/speed. I purchased the tool replacement policy, thankfully - but if I ever need to buy another one, may consider the ketchup version of this tool, iykyk.
