Always open and inspect contents of items ordered
Ordered online and picked up at Conway SC store. Product had been opened. When I opened it in front of Lowes associate one of the two batteries was missing. She did goand get another battery. When I got it home and tried it out,I found the torque collar did not work. Had togo through big and complicated process on line to make a return. Have not seen my drill since.
