Bad product

This hoodie made it through one winter! I got it out again this winter just to find that the battery is completely dead and will not charge, got a different battery for it and the heat for the hoodie will not turn on, Seek heated gear elsewhere! over $100 for this product to work one season is not worth it!

Great idea, bad battery situation

I really love the idea of a heated hoodie. I also have lots of DeWalt products at my home. So, naturally, I purchased this after reading what comes with it and was kinda a mix bag as far as what you're getting: On one hand, you have a really well made hoodie that's got good quality fabric and a decent fit. Use an old battery. It ruined two of my 20v xr’s.

It works as described but it fried both of my new 20v xr batteries.

Don't know yet because I haven't used the product for what it was intended for. They told me to buy one battery that was the wrong battery then I come to find out that I need it a charger and a battery to go with the adapter which adds up to another $200 roughly so the code is going to cost me almost $400 I guess. Could be better

The jacket sags when you use the battery in the front pocket and the battery dies in about an hour. I bought brand new batteries for $100.00 plus the cost of the jacket for only 1 hour of use time is probably not worth the money.
