Good unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had this saw for a few years now but unfortunately the rubber belts that the blade rides on are worn out and i cant find anywhere to replace them. Other than that its a great saw

Dual safety trigger

Absolutely terrible. Whoever designed the dual trigger has never used a bandsaw at home or in the field. It makes this tool useless.

Saw works OK but the required dual switch safety

System works ok but is hard to use because of the dual switch safety. You cannot make adjustments while cutting without the saw cutting off. Should have spent my money on another unit.

Dual switch bandsaw is useless

I’m electrician with 30 years experience. I’ve been one-handed bandsaw cutting my entire career. This so-called safety feature makes this impossible. Tool is useless.

You can sequence the switches correctly every time, but 3 out of 10 times the saw wont start and then sometimes it shuts off while I'm cutting, with no change in switches. Normally a big fan of Dewalt, but this time you guys got it wrong.

Best tool for electricians

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this bandsaw and its great. Its not heavy nor is it too small for bigger pipe. I like the convinience of it with the power it carries

Poor Blade Tracking

Bought this 16 months ago for commercial use. The saw was used very little and began breaking blades after 6 months. Blades are getting pushed under rollers. Tracking does not work well and the blades break. Very dissapointed in this product.

Nice saw, bad triggers.

This is my second dewalt 20 volt max bandsaw and I am very disappointed! I have an older dewalt bandsaw and it is incredible! It has 1 trigger and it works great. This new saw has 2 triggers and you have to use them in the right order or the saw won't start, and sometimes the saw just quits and you have to start all over. I can't figure out why dewalt did this, this saw is not for professionals, it's like they made this for high school shop students that have never used a bandsaw before ! I h...

Great tool
