Cuts 16ga well for body work

Would Recommend

I use this for body panels 16ga and lighter. The head has three bolts that hold the cutting plates in place. The top bolt sheared off during use. I found that the holes in the cutting plates were not aligned properly which puts excessive stress on the bolt. I enlarged the holes with a carbide die grinder a bit for proper alignment.

I was concerned about using cordless but they work great ! We're cutting 14 gauge metal all day long and no problems. Charging one battery at lunch and we get through a 10hr day with the 2 batteries.
