Used to replace vinyl window seal against concrete window sill. Builder used cheap caulk, did not adhere to concrete, I found saw dust on bottom of old caulk. Make sure surface is very CLEAN. Like surgical clean. I made a medium size bead and tooled/ smoothed it ONCE. This caulk is sticky and you only get 1 chance to smooth it out with your finger once. If you backtrack, or try to smooth it again, remove extra, it will look terrible.

Saves a lot of time
Does not shrink, sticks like glue to anything, very flexible. I used my finger dry or a small plastic spreader. Wipe off finger or spreader after each spread with a paper towel. Mineral spirits to clean tools or finger works very well. Use light coat of paint first, let it tack up good, then follow with wet coat. If you put the first coat on heavy it will fish eye.

Hybrid Sealant
For best results start by soaking a new sealant tube in hot water a minimum 10 minuets or longer. Sealant will flow from tube smooth & easy like warm butter making it easy to tool with one finger. This works great with spray paint cans to if you got a paint project.
Stiff to dispense
Tough to dispense, even with large tube opening.
