Cleanup is easy with a damp rag.
Easy to use. Just cut the tip of the tube and use a caulk gun to begin using the caulk. Goes on smooth and dries relatively quickly. I am usually able to paint over it in just a few hours. Best thing is, if you're using for molding and trim that is also white, you do not have to paint it. It goes on and matches nicely without painting.
