It has a perfect amount of padding. It is firm enough for support but with enough give to be comfortable. It increased the amount of time I can sit outside on the swing by 200%. Works for what I use it for

Looks awesome

Tbh if it didn't say for outdoor use only I'd have kept it in the house. It was easy to assemble. Nice soft but firm cushion, supportive for sitting. The fabric case is nice and durable. I haven't had a chance to do any maintenance but it seems like it will be easy to care for.
