Great for cutting 2020 T-slotted extruded aluminum
I was positively surprised by that blade. It is well made and performs as advertised. I used it to cut 2020 T-slotted extruded aluminum bars for my project. Results were way better than when when I cut the same material with chop saw with abrasive wheel. All edges were smooth and perfectly square (the blade is very rigid and does not bend). I need to do some research is the are different sizes (not only diameter but also an arbor size) for other tools (like mentioned earlier 14" chop saw)
Aluminum chop saw blade
Only two applications since getting the blade was to cut an aluminum curtain rod and a copper pipe. Bottom line the cuts were perfect on both. I’d recommend this blade for soft metal
Very Clean Cuts
This is an excellent blade for cutting soft metals like aluminum. I made multiple cuts in a 3/16” sheet and the last cut was as good as the first. Cuts were quick and precise, and edges were clean. Much quieter than expected and no need to deburr. The package advertises it can be used on plastic so I cut a sheet of 1/4” Plexiglas. It was far less messy than using a wood blade, but some deburring was needed. I have a future roofing project so I gave it a test run with a sheet of metal roof...

Cuts great
I was pleasantly surprised how well this table saw blade works. I didn't know what to expect. It cuts a clean line without skipping or jutting. The cut was smooth, the blade didn’t dull or warp. I cut five large pieces of wood like butter. What a great blade.
Excellent cuts in nonferrous material
This is a very good blade for cutting aluminum, plastic, fiberglass, pvc pipe. The blade has antivibe slots. With 84 teeth the cuts are very smooth. Also there is no splintering of the material. When cutting plastic, the blade does not melt the plastic and leaves a very smooth edge that is perfect for gluing. Cutting aluminum is also very smooth with clean edges.
Works great for the intended materials
I'm a maker that uses a wide range of materials. I have struggled to cut non-ferrous metals and plastics cleanly and accurately, so I decided to give this blade a try on my table saw. I tested a wide range of materials including fiberglass, copper clad fiberglass (PC Brd), plexiglass, different types and thicknesses of plastic sheet, aluminum sheet, and a variety of aluminum parts (see photo). This blade did an excellent job of cutting all of those and leaving very smooth and accurate cuts. The ...
Awesome Blade!
This saw blade cuts through aluminum like hot butter. I can’t lie I was a little hesitant about putting this thing on my table saw which has only ever cut wood. It zipped through 3/16 plate aluminum and left a completely smooth edge. I also tried it on my miter saw and cut through a half inch thick piece with the same results. A great addition to any shop. Just make sure to wear your safety glasses.
Very good blade provides smooth cut.
Nice clean cutting blade. Mounts right on regular ten inch table saw. Works good on wood also. Nice clean cut and smooth edges. Blade seems to be made of nice durable steel, and should last a long time. Sharp cutting edges.
Cut isn't remarkable, but durability is key
In the past I've used old wood blades that were too dull for clean cuts on finish carpentry. I decided to give this one a try and see how it compares. In terms of cut quality, i honestly don't see a marked improvement from my old way although there was less burning. What i most interested in is to see longevity of the blade. It says 2x longer than standard blades. I need more time with it and will update after I'm able to put it through a lot more cuts to see how durable it is.
Very Smooth cutting with plastic and fiberglass..
Crescent Medium Aluminum 10-in 84-Tooth Carbide Circular Saw Blade. This Saw blade works very fast and smooth when cutting plastics, I have not tried to cut anything else yet with this Carbide blade. I did not have any vibration because Crescent designed it with Laser cut vibration and expansion slots.
