This deep fryer has an oil capacity of up to 17 qt, and comes with two frying baskets with anti-scald handles, each with a capacity of 4 qt.
A single powerful jet burner produces up to 54,000 BTU which heats up quickly for frying fish, chicken, French fries and more.
After frying your food, you can hang the frying basket over the grooves on the back to drain excess oil and keep it warm at the same time.
The built-in thermometer displays the internal temperature of the fryer, helping you accurately control the cooking time.
Heavy-duty steel construction provides extra strength and durability for consistent frying.
The 0-10 psi adjustable regulator ensures safe gas flow and pressure into the burner during cooking so you can precisely control the temperature.
There are two handles on the fryer to make it easier for you to carry the fryer in different situations.
After using the fryer, wait for the oil to cool down, open the valve, and discharge the oil without making a mess.

The assembly was a breeze and only took about 20 minutes. The arancini we fried in it came out perfect and I can’t wait to try something else!
