No remote!
Only if you look in the very fine print is there a notation that the remote to this fan is not actually handheld. I bought this fan for a large construction project and did not open it until after the 90 day period expired. Despite the fact that the description is inaccurate and the fan is in perfect condition, Lowes refuses to give me a refund. Really?!

This fan description says it comes with a remote. It does not come with a remote. It’s comes with a control that mounts to the switch wiring in the wall. It does not come off the wall. I had to buy a remote as that’s what my client wanted. Pretty disappointing.
