What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the down rod for perfectly adjusting ceiling fan height, especially in rooms with vaulted ceilings, with many calling it an ideal solution that matches their fan's design. Reviewers highlight solid build quality, smooth threading, and excellent finish. However, some report the actual diameter is 3/4 inch rather than advertised 1 inch, causing compatibility issues and returns. A few also note missing mounting hardware or damaged units upon arrival. Despite these concerns, most customers consider it a worthwhile purchase for height adjustment.

no attachment hardware supplied with the rod

bought extension rod for new ceiling fan. Had to special order because the rods in stock did not fit. Order arrived early! Three stars because the rod did not come with hardware to attach to celing fan. This required another trip to the hardware store to purchase installation hardware.
