Poor shipping

First got delayed and then they left it outside in the pouring rain instead of under the porch 3 steps in front of there they left it.

Arrived damage. Was told I would receive a refund on the phone. Weeks later called to see about status of refund and was told it was denied. Not the best customer service.

50% there.

Overall seems like a good product. I ordered two 4x15 foot rolls. Both delivered ahead of scheduled date. However, one roll has a huge chunk missing out of it. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get a replacement for this heavy floor.

Love this flooring, checked every box

Used this as flooring for our home gym, purchased 3 rolls and it works perfectly. Just enough thickness for lifting and dropping heavy weights. Doesn’t damage and holds up really well for all we put it through.

Easy install

Easy to roll out. Delivery dropped it right next to my garage, so install was quick and easy. The rolls were between 180-185 inches for me, which was fine. I could see that being frustrating if you were expecting an exact length.
