Costway Lawn Leveling Rake 36 inches x 10 inches Heavy Duty Level Lawn Tool for Garden Backyard or Lawn Silver

NOT heavy duty

Literally applied some pressure and it broke in half. Total junk and nothing heavy duty about it

Poor stability between the tool base and handle

While leveling dry sand, I had to keep stopping to bend the handle base straight in order to continue with the project. I believe this connection point would break with pressure applied. I spend the same amount of time straightening the handle connection point as I did leveling the ground. I stopped using the leveling tool and returned it later in the week to Lowes w

Level your yard

I bought this leveling rake to start leveling my yard. It works as it should, leveled the area that I started with quite well. The only problem that I have with it is at one point while using it it tried to bend where the handle attaches to the rake. It needs to be built little more robust.

Simple and easy to use

Easy to put together and use - used to spread sand and compost to level backyard

Handle connection is weak

It works but the bar broke at the connection pretty quickly. I replaced with a wooden handle and it t worked much better

The welding is poor causing the arm to come up

It’s wide the main issue is the structure of the build. Welding need to be better. Wasn’t able to message seller to get refund.

Feedback.

The product was not the normal quality product your purchase at Lowe’s. I suspect the product will bend or break after a few workouts.

Great product for the price.

Great product but lost 1 star because rake sometimes flips if the soil is too wet.

Very sturdy

The rake came in sturdy, padded packaging so absolutely no damage. Assembly was pretty straitforward although, the instructions showed using 2 washers but 4 washers were included. I ended up using 2 on each side of the connection point; 1 on the outside (directly against the bolt head and nut) and 1 on the inside between the handle and the bottom part. I haven't actually used it yet, but it's going to be perfect for leveling ground where I had trs taken it last year. After the stumps wer...

it's ok for small jobs

the price is right. I was leveling a yard with filtered black dirt. I had to use a heavier rake to get it pretty level first, then finish the job with this. Trying to push some dirt with it; if it was heavier on one end or the other the handle bracket would bend and twist. I'd just bend it back, and it kept working. Leveled 8 tons of dirt and it kept going, but it's definitely not built heavy...very light tool (but also not expensive)
