came i. with no paper work what so ever no warranty info nothing line set was not pre charged according to online info and only less then 10 feet of lineset !! a)Again no instructions or anything.. I also thought I was getting a costway product too but wasn't the case going to try to install but wish me luck..

I have almost a 1500 ft mobile home and bought this to cool the kitchen, dining, and family room area. Had an electrician install a power box for it. My neighbor and I did the vacuum test on it. I bought the mounting bracket but then learned not to put it on the side of a mobile home because of vibration so I built a wood frame off the ground to mount the outside unit. It is cooling nearly the entire house and I live in Florida. It shipped before scheduled time and it did come two separate days...

I’m updating my previous review to clarify that the issue was caused by a problem with Lowe’s system, which did not show both tracking numbers correctly. I contacted the vendor directly, and they confirmed that both boxes had been shipped from two different locations and were already in transit. The second box arrived a few days later, just as they had explained. I appreciate the vendor’s help and want to clarify that the missing box was not the vendor’s fault. Only 1 of the 2 boxes was delivered. I received the indoor unit, but the outdoor unit was missing. Lowe’s only solution was to return the box and request a refund. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

ordered this and they say there should be 2 boxes. well only one box was delivered and it's the inside wall unit. the condenser was never sent or delivered. not very pleased with this purchase at all! may do a return!
