I have ordered from this company before and everything was fantastic. Unfortunately this plant arrived dead due to the recent cold snap. The store did not have one to replace it and the sale price I bought it at was no longer available.

The problem was I didn’t receive the right tree

It came in well package

Bought this plant and it slowly wilted away. No root rot, no pest issues, just a slow death. I tried to save and salvage the plant, but nothing worked. Doing this took me beyond the return range to be refunded. I wouldn't buy this again.

Disappointed

Disappointed in the bonsai ficus because: it didn’t resemble the picture of what I ordered and the packaging, as described below. I was surprised how linear the packing box was, when I was able to remove it from the bottom, a lot of soil & leaves fell out before the plant & pots. The plant was loosely packed in a small amount of soil & in a too small pot, the plant was easily removed exposing roots. these plants were not healthy when I received them

this plant along with the other bonsai is not doing well, also the last two fiddle leaf plants are not doing well at all, it appears they were sick when i received them, however I won't give up on them yet, but they are not doing good at all, was very disappointed.

Plant arrived in terrible, sick, condition

I will never buy a plant again from Costa Farms. Their packing was atrocious, and the plant was sick and lost more than half of its leaves in transit.

Mislead

Ordered this all the images look similar. The tree i received was a ginseng grafted tree. Not anything like the photo. Leaves, trunk nothing. I got a 10 dollar grafted ginseng root. For a 30 dollar fukien. Would not recommend.

Sent the wrong tree

I ordered a fukien tea bonsai with a twisted trunk. I received a ficus nataliensis poking out of a huge ungainly growth. Fukein tea tress have little arrow shapes at the end of the leaves. The natal fig has leaves like a privet, larger and with smooth edges. I called customer service and was told it had to be returned to the store...NOT convenient to me. I also now see that the offer the same tree I bought but for $10 less. It may not be Lowe's fault, as the trees are sent from Costa Farms, but ...

Maybe for local delivery is ok .
