Compressor Failed at 18-months
The refrigerator worked great until the compressor failed at 18-months. The first indication was food thawing in the freezer. After about a week, the freezer and refrigerator compartments were about 55F. I checked and cleaned the condenser coils and turned the unit off for about a day to allow the evaporator coils to defrost. DON’T BUY
Already broken, warranty is out, just a warm box, full of food and wasted money that has gone to the cosmos I guess. I got an old fridge that’s still working and waaay older than this.

Cosmo Lies - Warranty Useless - Beware
Have you ever heard of Cosmo? Their brand means nothing and an un-friendly ghost is all that will stand behind your appliance if you buy from them. I bought a fridge and it stopped working with in weeks. Cosmo will do nothing. Endless lies, delays, and wrangling for them to say they will cover nothing. I am not going to pay to repair as I don't trust the company enough to know if it will run long after. Trash company with trash products. Buyer beware. Run don't walk and buy anything...

Buyer Beware - No Service Available
Purchased this unit for a new home. Since installation freezer has had excessive ice build up due to a defect in the water line to the ice maker. Reported to manufacturer for corrective action and found that they do not have technicians to perform the warranty work. So after two weeks I cannot use the freezer and no warranty service scheduled to correct defect.

We purchased this for a home we were building. I had to wait to use it, but now that we're in, I love it! It's the perfect size, and had a built in water filter (which we didn't know). It is a beautiful piece.
