Commercial grade cooking made residential

I love how much cooktop space there are with six huge burners as well as the massive oven capacity. The visual design is very beautiful and fits my kitchen island perfectly. The only thing I would improve is the cooking interface screen the buttons take a little bit longer to set my cook settings than standard ovens. I think for the price point, I would expect a little more advanced interface, but all of the built-in features and settings for cooking features make up for it.

Poor customer service

I purchased this range and was not told it did not include a conversion kit to convert from natural gas to liquid propane. It was clearly stated that the range would take about 1 week to arrive. I called the company about getting the conversion kit and was told the $70.00 kit is not in stock and will take an additional 30 to 45 days to get it. All other ranges provide these kits for free with purchase. At this time I am ratting this product based on my purchase experience.

Not starting on the right foot

Delivery took long and was rescheduled 3 times within a 2 hour span. Once it was delivered and installed the crew left the oven on and said it needed to be on for 30 min. Within 15 after they left the oven turned off and gave an error code of burner fault. Contacted Lowe’s and began the return/ exchange and that will take another 2 weeks.

Received my gas range today. I works great. Love the way it looks. Fits perfectly in the space.

Love this Oven!

I am very happy with this oven! A huge step up from my old 2014 NXR. Super easy to install…I did it myself (+ gas hookup)! Easy to clean, oven heats up fast, solid digital oven controls and burner knobs. Excited to cook again!

Best stove in the Cosmo(s)!

I purchased this back in June this year but wasn't installed until recently due to the renovations we've undergone. It's been in since October and I must say I'm loving this stove. I do all the cooking at home, and I have to say that over the years of having many different stoves to cook on, both gas and electric, this one is by far the best I've had.
