staff behind the counter was great, nice, friendly and very professional. it was over 24 hrs. order was not even ready or pick. Material was there, and they had a lot. there was at least three pallet their. I order 20 Each, Concrete Block. you can hear the floor crew complain about pulling the order, not just on the radio but the floor as well.

Lowe’s staff

The worst experience. The items arrived much later than expected. The 25 bags of garden soil was stacked on top of 50 bricks and delivered on one pallet. The delivery driver felt my disappointment but he was quite understanding. Lowe’s staff should have stacked on separate pallets. Also had a number of cement blocks busted. All of this with a $79.00 delivery fee and I have to remove all soil just to get to bricks. My ladder will definitely be necessary.

Don’t shop at this store if you need the help

The store staff was very rude and delivered the wrong bricks two times I had to go to the store pick out the ones I wanted put them on the cart for them to deliver the correct ones

Cinder blocks are heavy & fairly priced

Lowe's personnel were helpful and loaded these cinder blocks for me. They are very heavy, I think about 25-pounds each. I purchased these for a flower bed project I'm working on. Lighter blocks would have been fine for me. The cinder blocks were consistent in size and shape. I thought they were priced fairly.
