Good material, easy to work with. There was a variation in the primer color between the boards that I didn’t mind. My only issue was more with the store where I bought it. I bought several hundred feet but they never replenished stock so I was constants sorting through the same bad batch to find some that would work. Had to go to multiple stores, same issue.

Cheap/Easy Small Pet (Sliding Glass) Door Entry
Don't laugh! As I entered the Lumber Dept, the first thing that caught my eye was this primed shiplap. Just having a vague idea of what I needed, it fit purrfectly as a cat door. (The gray primer blends with the aluminum door frame.) Lopped off about a foot to fit the height of the door frame, then cut out a 4.5" X 12" notch in the bottom.
