Heats my space well. Is much more efficient than my wall-mounted heating units.

Smokey and loud
I've been wanting a pellet stove for a long time. I finally took the plunge this fall and bought this one. I had a rough time getting it installed but it's in and I've been using it for about a month. Good: 1. It heats my entire 1000 sq ft house on the lowest setting. Bad: 1. Smoke leaks out when starting up. I blamed the venting but sealed all the seams with furnace tape. It comes out the front and side vents. It's just enough to make the house smell like smoke. Once the fans kick in ...

We purchased a HP50 a few years ago, and while it works fine, it trips the GFI on the circuit it's plugged into. Nobody told us that their pellet stove would do this. Comfortbilt knows about this issue and they say they are working on a solution. The only work around we came up with is to plug the stove into a Jackery battery....at additional expense of course. This is very unacceptable, the company doesn't say anything about this before you buy their stove. Very shady of them.
From ComfortBilt Pellet Stoves
I just installed my H50 comfortbuit stove and have only run 3 bags of pellets throug it so far,and its definately a keeper. I live in a well insulated 1700 sq. foot house. and the weather here in central oregon has warmed up some . low 40s to 50-mid 6oF. Thje cold weather is behind me. After initial start up. 21/2 minutes or less from turn on to flame with no detecable smoke. I have to turn the level from 3 to 1. I do tis right after start up. This is a heating machine. I run it till 11-12...
From ComfortBilt Pellet Stoves
This is our second stove. We put one the yellow which appears to be a discontinued color in our old house never any issues. We decided to put one in our new house which at first had a few bugs to work out but 3 yrs latter still running strong with no issues except this one is a tad bit picky on her pellets. Lol I still would buy another if needed. Originally when purchased first one it was not a big box store item I think sometimes that makes a difference 🤔

It arrived way faster than they had estimated.
I have only had this stove installed for 24hrs, but it is amazing how easy setup and startup was. This thing puts out assume heat. We had our last stove for 10yrs, and I wish I had replaced it with this one 9yrs ago. What a difference!!
