heat!!
delivery on time was awesome. set in garage as driver had bad back and couldnt carry down my stairs. no worries as had a couple buds come over later and took care of that. got her up and running in no time. still burning the paint of it a little bit now but working like a dream!!! only been a day but wow! what a difference!!

I have had this stove for about 3 weeks and it has been absolutely nothing but problems even with professional installation. stove turns off in the middle of the night with low temp warnings. I've done all the troubleshooting ang watched all the videos. customer service is via text and is not instant and in some cases not even the same day so trouble shooting is very difficult. woke up today to find pellets overflowing in the combustion pot. I'm so over this stove and want to return it. I do no...

So far it has been performing excellently... We have not been able to give it the acid test as the weather has not turned real cold yet... I/we do love the fact that we no longer have to buy and split wood for our winter supply.. It is a lot easier to bring in a 40lb. bag of pellets and feed the stove... The additional hopper was definitely a nice addition, also..
