Disappointed in a crack on arm

Contractor just finished deck and put together this umbrella, he showed me a crack on the support arm, looks like it was over tightened

Great Size and Functionality

My son has this umbrella and I was quite impressed with it. I ordered one for myself and have had it for a year . I am still very happy with the size and functionality. It is very easy to operate. I have had a minor issue with the crank and the support team was exceptional to deal with. I have recommended this umbrella to several friends and would purchase another.

Perfect Patio Umbrella

This patio umbrella is heavy duty, and very sturdy. It provides the perfect amount of shade on our patio, and helps keep us slighly cooler in the hot Florida summer sun. The assembly instructions could be better, but we were able to put it together in roughly 20 minutes time.

Easy to assemble & use

Easy to assemble. Provides a great shade option at our neighborhood pool. Will likely purchase another one for my home

I like the color of this umbrella. It was easy to assemble and really helps for those hot summer days. Easy to move around while also being heavy enough to withstand strong winds.

Easy to set up, seems solid

The assembly was easy except for filling the base with sand due to the weight of trying to move the sand to adequately fill it It rotates easily and handles wind better than single level umbrellas.
