ClosetMaid WestView 5-ft to 10-ft W Tower system White Solid Shelving Wood Closet System

Pretty small for a closet

This ended up being too small for a full size closet so I used it in the master bathroom without the rods. Looks really good actually and it cleared up space from the other random things in the bathroom we were using for storage. Shelving is perfect for towels and jars of bath bombs. Luckily I was able to use the rods elsewhere so it wasn't wasted money but your situation may be different.

Value for price

The look of my closet increased further than the price I paid for this.. sure it's cheap wood and thin rods and you need to spending hundreds more on drawers and upper shelves to take advantage of the space savings but the bare minimum unit still increased the visual look of my closet more than the cost. I think the ugly generic closet racks cost more and look way worse.. just be sure to secure the unit to studs better than the instructions tell you to.

If online order have delivered to store

Came damaged. Lowe’s call center solution was to return to store for refund - after unpacked to determine it was damaged.

Super easy installation

Super easy to install with easy to follow install.

Like the product but had to wait on missing piece

I purchased a similar closet maid closet organizers a year ago and wanted to do another. The only problem was one hardware piece was missing (a cam post) yet the hardware package contained an extra cam. These pieces are used to connect the wooden pieces. I had to order the piece and to my surprise they sent the entire hardware package that I received in about 4 days. Meanwhile I had shelving pieces everywhere.

nice finish

Nice looking with trim

Great value

Assembly was super easy with detailed instructions. It came with plastic wall mounting brackets, but if you spend a few extra bucks and get some metal ones to really secure it in place this thing is solid. Things feel cheap and wobbly when they aren't secured in place so take the time to prevent wobbling and this thing will last a long time. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to organize a closet without breaking the bank. I liked this one so much I ended up buying 2 more for other closets...
