Arrived broken, terrible return policy

DO NOT ORDER THIS SHIPPED. It arrived with half the corners broken off. After contacting customer support three times, they said the only way to return the item was to take to a retail store...over 100 miles away. Hence why I ordered online in the first place. Never will order from Lowe's again. What a waste of money, and terrible customer service.

Would Recommend

The shelving came in good and was not difficult to put together. The issue is, the delivery came in late, and I was on a deadline, so I had to goto a Lowes to pick up one. The box that was delivered was destroyed to the point where if you pick it up without 2 people everything will fall out.

The product came damaged. Both boxes. Looks like they were thrown down a flight of steps, run over, stomped on, and then insulted by a professional insult comic.
