Missing important hardware!
The quality over of the product is decent but unfortunately this time around I ordered the drawer and it’s missing vital hardware that’s needed to complete the build. Definitely very upsetting especially when it happens with TWO SEPARATE PRODUCTS from the same brand!
Missing parts
I ordered 3 of these drawers. One of the drawer slides did not have the spring, or the middle piece, I already built them and cannot exchange it at lowes unless I disassemble and put back in the box. I needed to contact the manufacturer

Great soft close drawer
Great soft close drawer for the closet system! A bit expensive, but looks great!
Adequate Drawer
I don't know that you can say much about a drawer for a closet system that isn't implied. It fits the system and looks good in the process. It's mostly pretty sturdy except for the ever-present issue of the bottom plate which is glorified cardboard. I don't know why that's still a thing. It's plenty strong enough for clothing, but don't decide that you need to start storing tools in your closet drawer or they'll probably bust through.
