Only received half the order

Not sure what I'm supposed to do with half an order? The outer shell was not delivered. When I check online it shows two items delivered. I only received half the order...one box containing 8 shelves (4 smaller boxes with 2 shelves each).

Closetmaid

The box was in bad shape when it was delivered. Bag of hardware was hanging out of the box. Corners were damaged a lil bit. The instructions are easy to follow. Product is easy to assemble.

Functional, Customizable, and Closet-Ready

As part of my closet refresh, I tested the Britewood shoe organizer from Lowe’s, and overall it’s a solid addition to the space. The box did arrive damaged, and a couple of the laminate veneer corners were damaged. This piece is not solid wood, so any shipping bumps do show a bit. I’ve included photos of the minor damage. Perfect shoe organization

I’m very pleased with the ClosetMaid Brightwood Shoe Organizer and how much it will increase the look and functionality of my closet once it is remodeled after Christmas. We chose the white finish because we wanted a bright clean appearance in our dark closet. Assembly is straightforward, with clearly labeled parts and easy-to-follow instructions. Closet Shoe Rack

I got this for my wife as a surprise and she loves it. It was easy to assemble and fit in with our existing closet organizers, allowing us to get rid of the small floor racks we had.

Nice Look But not very Durable

The product looks nice and is very functional but the pressed board is weak and the finish laminate is easily chipped. I tried putting the shoe racks in a variety of angles partly because I had to. Some of the fixed shelves limit the angles you can use if you try to put 2 shelves in. The two regular shelves are not anchored in and slide easily so I would either screw them in place or put some sort of stop on front and back to keep them from sliding. This is the Brightwood white storage tower. Closet Maid from the Ames Companies . The pieces are laminated particle board and are quite heavy. All necessary hardware is provide and only common handtools are needed. There are enough parts to stack the shelves or have two complete separate side by side shelving units.I chose the latter due to limited space. Shoes are organized and out of the way

Finally can get our shoes off the basement floor! Easy to build product that is strong and clean. Comes in a few tight and well-packed boxes to make carrying a little bit easier instead of one large, heavy box.

Shoe rack complete

Easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. We are using it in the garage for our winter books and also will look into hanging our jackets over it. I believe the plan it to swap out winter for summer when we get back to the warm weather. We are also putting our gloves on it
