On Lowes.com I purchased a shelf, with a description that included a shelf board and a bracket. I only received the bracket. So I called Customer Service who said it wasn't their responsibility to fix the problem, that I had to call the third party that sent me the item (which was in a plain envelope, with a person's name for return addess, nothing about Lowes, no receipt in the envelope). Great pick-up! Extremely easy, finding the pick-up slots was the hardest part.

Not worth the money

Shelf is made of particle board with 2 of the corners mashed in when it arrived. There are WAY too many stickers plastered all over this board! It took me hours to get all the stickers and residue off the board. I filled the corners, painted it and made it work but it definitely was a Big waste of time and not worth the expense.

Absolutely Perfect! We tried, several times, a purchase from A*. Every time boards were defective, either all of them or some of them, i.e. chips, grease marks, uneven, etc. We decided to try this brand from Lowes, one pack was all that was needed.
