Wasn’t what I expected
Felt cheap for the price. I thought it would look nice and better finished and, I thought that it would look good in the foyer. It does not and just lives in the bottom of the coat closet. The support poles are not shiny silver but a dull gray. It works but is way over priced for the quality. I should have just gotten the wire shoe racks that were half the price.

Deceptive description
This DOES NOT hold 12 pairs of shoes! Why lie? It clearly hold 9 at most. Now I have to waste my time taking this back!
