Barn Door Hardware from Lowes
My door hardware arrived an a 4 ft long box with the rail protruding from the package. There was absolutely no packing material inside so the bars could shift back and forth, tearing the box. The icing on the cake is that there were no installation instructions. Further there were no installation instruction or manual on the website to download. What do you expect for $200, instructions?

This item's description does not match the product. The item as described on the web page states the track length is 52 inches for a maximum door width of 24 inches. The item is actually double that, known only from the pictures (which show two doors and four J-straps). I didn't open the box and realize this until beyond the 90 return window (It's literally the last piece of an extensive and long project). Lowe's won't take it back. When I ordered this product and read the specs, no where does it advertise there is no door that comes with this order. Clearly Lowe's needs to seriously take a look at how this product is advertised on Google. I typed in barn doors and that the first thing that popped up.
