This morning my new offset umbrella and base arrived by fedex. Upon trying to fill the 4 sections of the base with water, 3 of the 4 sections leaked in the same spot on each section denoting a defect of some kind. I double checked the box and there was NO damage to the exterior at all. The umbrella is useless without the weighted base to keep it from falling over in the slightest breeze. Currently on the phone, waiting for customer service.. On hold 35 minutes already
