Clihome 15-ft Steel Red No-tilt Modern Patio Umbrella with Base

Forget the Protection Plan

We have bought 2 of these umbrellas. The first was blown over & structurally destroyed. We did not buy a Protection Plan so our loss We bought the same model with a 3 year Protection Plan. The wind blew & broke a couple of brackets. Filed a claim, received email a week later stating claim was denied, no details included..so I had to contact them and reason given was the wind did it. Lesson learned..Protection plan was a waste & make sure you close the umbrella every night & so you don’t wake u...

you will need 3 bags of sand

went together rally easy. One issue I did have was filling the sand bags for weight that is included. was difficult by your self. Needs a bigger fill area.

Very sturdy

Good quality

Very Nice Umbrella

I purchased this as a patio upgrade to replace a 9' Market Umbrella. Base assembly was most time-consuming and you need to pay attention to the details NOT highlighted in the instructions. You need 150 lb. of sand to fill the included sandbags to weigh down the base. The friction knobs in the base prevent the umbrella from turning, so it's always oriented where you left it. The only issue is there are low spots between the pinnacles in which water will accumulate, but they haven't leaked to date...

Great umbrella but it leaks.

This is a beautiful umbrella but unfortunately it leaks. Says it's waterproof but it isn't. We bought this last month and sat under the other day when it rained and there was a mist under the entire umbrella. We bought this for the purpose of being able to sit out when it rains and unfortunately spent almost $300 and we get wet. I would say don't buy if you want to stay dry.
