Bought this stove 3 years ago Constant problems.blower ignighter and now display not working

constant problems first winter for this stove an constant problems now it wont shut off display just says cooling down ,it is 19 deg here . constant electrical problems. never buy this stove

Consistent Problems

Be prepared to have to contact customer service frequently. Have had this stove for 2 years and each winter we’ve had to replace motherboard, igniter x 3, display, and for the 3rd time this year, this stove is out of commission again.

Hard to love a stove that hasn't arrived.

Stove was supposed to be delivered two days ago. No communication from the freight company whatsoever. Called Lowes, they told me to call the vendor, called the vendor, they told me who the carrier was but couldn't provide any other assistance and seemed completely confused by the request. Someone has to be here to receive it when it arrives. So unless you have weeks at a time to sit home waiting for it to show up on some random day with no notice, don't try to have this thing delivered to you.
