Item was on backorder for 3 mnths when I finally get it I had to assemble and the pieces did not fit properly, I had to pay some one to help. Now the top is not properly screwed in because the screws dont work. I tried to return it but they said I couldn't because the purchase was made on december although it was delivered March 18. Gave me a 50$ gift card which is what paid the guy to help me fix it!! Now its cheap material. Im stuck with a product I dont want and out 378 dlls

Would Recommend

Delivery was good. Notification was good. Assembly details were ok but I feel I should have used wood glue on the wooden dowel pins. I just would like the heat would work w/out the light.

Would Not Recommend

Was not impressed with the quality of materials it is made out of. It was easy to assembly. Some of the plastic groments pulled out. Need to glue it together. Heater is not mounted in very good and the instructions are not clear on how the display of the logs or crystals also no thermostate on heater. One good think is that it looks nice assembled
