Great seat, but broke after 2 years

A comfortable seat, loved the smaller, connected potty seat included for the toddlers. Unfortunately, after 2 years of sporadic use (not the main bathroom, and only 2 of us living at the house), it broke at the hinge. Now it is useless...

Love the concept but broke in a year

The small potty concept worked perfectly and stayed put. However the "arm" attaching the large seat to the toliet broke after a year. Very disappointed.

Hinges break after a while

Beamis does not sell replacement parts per a customer support rep with Beamis... 1 year warranty is all. Second seat I've bought where the hinge breaks. They are a bit too tight in general so probably happens to a lot of customers(i think this is for the slow close / saftey close).

Not ever again!

Anything Church's brand in toilet seats are crap! It will turn purple if you use toilet cleaner on it! I made the mistake of buy 2 . One for each of my bathrooms. It's a good thing that we don't use one of the bathrooms right now. But will soon have to. So I will have to get another one. Bought at Lowes

I haven’t installed it yet because the bathroom is still under construction. It looks sturdy.

Buy at your peril

I've never seen a hinge break on a toilet seat until I owned a Church toilet seat. It's not a part that would twist, it literally sits flat against the rim of the bowl so it broke by being pulled apart. Until today I would have thought the only way to do that would to actually try a and pull plastic apart and even then it would be incredibly difficult. I can only assume the material they use has a shelf life and then it's another $45. They don't appear to sell parts for them either so if y...

Did no last

For the price it would be nice to get at least a year out of it. The first time we bought it it lasted about 6 months we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and purchased a second one. Again it lasted about 6 months and by the looks of the other reviews this must happen often.

It's great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seat would get a 5 star but due to the nature of the beast it isn't the easiest to clean in the crevices. But this has been used for years in a daycare environment and held up very well.

Two Toilet Seats...Both Broken

Bought this toilet seat twice...both times broke at the hinge. Cool idea, but poor manufacturing is obvious based on many others having the same issue.
